77 Vintidò's Balbi Pieve is an excellent Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
The cultivation of vines takes place on slopes with the best exposure (to the south-east) and on medium-textured soils tending to clay, in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, at an altitude of 200-250 meters above sea level. p>
Glera is the Balbi variety, with a loose cluster that favors the light taking of the berries.
The variety was selected by Count M. Giulio Balbi Valier in the late 1800s and is grown on the slopes of the Miceina, in the locality of Solighetto (Pieve di Soligo).
The method of sparkling wine is Charmat with slow refermentation at low temperature, to favor the best froth.
