This sparkling,complex and traditional wine is made with Pinot Nero & Pinot Meunier grapes.
Pinot Noir – Pinot Meunier are most famously used together in the sparkling Blanc de Noirs wines of the prestigious Champagne region.
It is aged exclusively in stainless steel and obtained from an assembly of 60% of wines from the last vintage with 40% of reserve wines dating back to over 10 years.
The wine making is conducted entirely in steel, malolactic fermentation.
Aging is done for 3 years in bottle.
