Red with a notable taste-olfactory impact, it expresses a strong and fragrant personality, typical of the Sicilian varietal and soils. Bright ruby ??red, with intense and fine aromas, ranging from fruity to floral to vinous. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh and juicy, with particularly pleasant fruity notes on the palate and a savory trail that characterizes the finish.
The company is located in a historic archaeological site, for centuries owned by the Barons Piccioni of Grassura and Molino d’Immezzo, whose last descendant Lorenzo transformed it into an organic farm. Based on the experience gained in the production of Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in which he collected the highest world awards with his Particle 34, in 2014, Lorenzo begins the autonomous production of his wines. Thanks also to a renovated cellar, with a tuff vault that guarantees ideal conditions and an innate sensitivity, Lorenzo's wines amaze us from year to year. Vineyard hectares: 6
