With a goal to make unique wines, this winery created this beautiful sparkling wine exclusively with Pinot Nero grapes.

Its first fermentation is in stainless steel tanks for 15 days and second fermentation with Traditional Method.

It is aged for 58 months on the lees in the bottle which leads to best quality, long-lasting bubbles, a delicate bouquet and extremely elegant wine.

In order to enjoy this wine at its best the bottle should be taken out of the cellar and immersed for about half an hour in an ice bucket.

The ideal temperature to drink this wine is 7-8 degrees centigrade. The bottle should be carefully uncorked making sure the wine does not gush out. The best glasses to use are clear, transparent crystal flutes.
