Salarola di Ca 'Orologio is a white wine obtained from a pre-maceration of about 48 hours, followed by spontaneous fermentation in a steel tank.
An Exotic white wine made with Grape variety of 70% Moscato and 30% Pinot Bianco giving a perfect Straw yellow colour to the sight.
Having alcoholic content of 12.5% , it is best served at 8/10° temperature.
This wine is aged for around an year( for 9 months in steel) to give a savory and fresh flavours on palate along with fragrance of yellow flowers along with notes of peach and apricot.
