The sparkling white wine is made with 100% Glera grapes and hails from Veneto, Italy.
Glera is a long-standing synonym of northern Italy's Prosecco grape, and the name by which it is now officially known. This green-skinned variety has been grown for hundreds of years in the Veneto and Friuli regions, most famously to produce sparkling Prosecco wines.
For vinification must is obtained by soft pressing, by means of horizontal press and subsequent fermentation of clear must at controlled temperature and in presence of selected yeasts.
Maturation is done In steel container at controlled temperature followed by refining in bottles.
It is best served on temperature of 6-8 degree Celsius and thanks to its aromaticity and a velvety flavor with the sharpness vivacity of the perlage it is very well combined with white meat, soups and fresh cheese to have a wonderful evening.
