Straw yellow in color, brilliant, the nose intense aromas of fruit typically apple, peach, pear, with sensations of citrus that fade into the floral with notes of wisteria and acacia.
In the mouth the wine is harmonious, soft and enveloping, but at the same time dry due to the fresh acidity.
It is the most "classic" prosecco, the type that combines aromaticity and a velvety flavor with the clear vivacity of the perlage. It is excellent when paired with legume and seafood soups, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats.
