Fontodi is a wine producer in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. It is known particularly for its Super Tuscan wine, Flaccianello delle Pieve, a full-bodied varietal Sangiovese, and its range of classic Tuscan wines, including Chianti and Vin Santo.

It is made with Sangiovese (or Nielluccio in Corsica), a dark-berried vine, which is the most widely planted grape variety in Italy.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in steel, with fullers and thermal control for at least 2 weeks.

The 2017 spent two years in oak, half in cask and half in neutral oak.
