Colline Pescaresi IGT is one of several IGT titles used in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. It was created in 1995, when the IGT category was first rolled out throughout the country, and covers the Pescara province.
The white wine is product of Pecorino, a light-skinned wine grape used in Italy's eastern coastal regions, particularly in Marche and Abruzzo. A classic Pecorino-based wine is dry and mineral, straw-yellow in color and has an elegantly floral bouquet of acacia and jasmine.
That of Francesco Cirelli is a beautiful reality in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo, whose production is all aimed at the most complete respect of natural cycles. Certified organic, the farm becomes a place where the revolution of crops, the rest of the land, the fertilization and grazing of animals in freedom, they surrender only some of the stages of the production process of wines of the highest quality.
