The Bianco Frizzante Sur Lie Perera of the Col Miotin farm derives from the historical varieties of Perera, Verdiso, Bianchetta and Glera grapes, long and round grapes, grown on the hills of Solighetto, on the steep slopes of Col Miotin.
It is produced according to the traditional method of refermentation in the bottle on its own yeasts.
