The sharp reliefs separated by cool valleys, the suitable sun exposure and the mixing of alluvial deposits with the disintegrated volcanic rocks, determine intense qualitative characteristics in the grapes.
These peculiarities give white wines light fruity, sometimes aromatic notes and intense flavors that make them fragrant and elegant.
