Deep yellow color with golden reflections. The smell is reminiscent of apricot and broom flowers, with hints of exotic fruit. The taste is soft, dense and characterized by an important aromatic persistence of dried apricot, raisins and candied fruit.
The overripe grapes are harvested manually and arrive in the cellar intact. After soft pressing, the free-run must, after cold static clarification and inoculation of selected yeasts, ferments at a temperature of 12 ° C for about three months in oak barriques.
A dizzying white, incredible, with great structure, mineral, fresh, savory, thirst-quenching with a long and infinite finish.
A wine that fully expresses the typicality of the territory from which it comes and releases aromas that betray a solar and marine soul.
Born in 1980 as a wedding gift from Andrea Ferraioli to his wife Marisa, together with the mutual bet to produce wine from a hard, difficult and unique territory. From tiny patches of land where heroic agriculture is practiced, extreme wines are generated, properly defined Rock Wines that taste of the Sea. They are obtained from over one hundred year old native vines of great variety, Falanghina, Biancolella, Ripoli, Fenile, Ginestra, Aglianico and Piedirosso to name a few, preserved in the heart of a mountain of which the spouses are custodians, not only of the historical and cultural value, but also of passion and tenacity.
