Four friends with a great passion in common for wine decide, among the counters of the Alba wine school, to produce a sparkling wine together. The idea of ??sparkling wine arises from the desire to create something special and original with grapes other than those traditionally used.
Initially they carry out numerous sparkling wines starting from different bases, with the aim of becoming familiar with the method and finding the right grape variety to meet their expectations. These experiments lead to the identification of the most interesting variety in Nebbiolo. This is how the Erpacrife originates.
