Etna Bianco is a wine of Sicilian origin produced by the Federico Curtaz winery, with a straw yellow color.
Carricante is an ancient white wine grape variety from eastern Sicily. It is thought to have been growing on the volcanic slopes of Mt Etna for at least a thousand years. There are around 200 hectares (500 acres) of plantings on the island.
It is a long-lived wine, balanced in the game between acidity and body of the wine.
