Details

Blanc de Noirs is white Champagne made from the juice of black-skinned grapes. The term Blanc de Noirs means literally 'white of blacks', and is effectively the opposite of Blanc de Blancs. The only two red grapes permitted for use in Champagne wines are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

This Pinots Noirs cuvée, sourced from several harvests, is crafted in the purest Fleury tradition. It has always been elaborated by the family since its creation in 1955 by Robert Fleury.

Alcoholic fermentation is done in glazed steel tanks and second fermentation in bottle according to Champenoise Method followed by ageing for at least 24 months on the lees.
