The Fenocchio family has been dedicated to the cultivation of vines and winemaking for five generations and Barolo Bussia is one of the wines produced that represents its value.
The method is according to tradition, with long macerations, even forty days. After fermentation, the wine rests in Slavonian oak barrels with a capacity of thirty-five to fifty hectoliters, for thirty months.
