Giuseppe Cortese's Barbaresco Rabaja originates from grapes produced in the Rabaja vineyard, one of the most famous in Barbaresco, from vineyards that are about seventy years old.
When the grapes reach a perfect ripeness, the vinification takes place in concrete tanks followed by the aging in Slavonian oak barrels for forty months and refinement in the bottle for three years.
