The Ribolla Gialla from the La Castellada winery is obtained from destemmed grapes and the crushed grapes left to ferment in open Slavonian oak vats for 2 months.
In addition to alcoholic fermentation, the wine also performed malolactic fermentation in contact with the skins.
Aging was 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, 10 months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in bottle
