Made with Pinot Grigio grapes this wine wine is an excellent piece that fits on with many occasions.
Vinification is done by De-stemming grapes, cold macerazinoe and performing alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
For aging, it is left for 6 months in steel tanks on the lees to give the wine stability and substance.
It is best served in medium open goblet glasses on 10-12 degree Celsius temperature.
