Made with amalgamation of 60% Riesling, 20% Durella, 20% Garganega grapes , this white wine is from Veneto, Italy.
Grapes are handpicked in crates with passion and devotion. Fermentation is spontaneous with its own yeast.
The aging takes place over 12 months in steel tanks on the fine yeast.
The volcanic soil of the place of harvesting is rich in basaltic tuff which gives the wine a very mineral character.
