Details
Made with 100% Pinot nero grapes, this red wine with alcohol strength of 14% is an exotic wine of the producers.
The soil that serves as the harvesting basis of the grapes is volcanic, rich in tuff and basalt – 300 m above sea level.
The harvest is done manually into boxes. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in wooden vats with at least three weeks of maceration.
The wine is aged for 12 months in small oak barrels, followed by three months in bottle.
