Hailing from the area of Lombardy, Italy, this red wine is made with Rare Red Blend.
Rare Red Blend is a term Wine-Searcher uses for red wines made from unusual or rarely seen varieties or combinations of grape varieties.
Lanthano, a cuvée of all the grapes produced from all the vineyards, a choral expression where all the vineyards enter a blend that belongs to an expression of the taste of a very pure alchemical wine, without added sulphites and that originates from the frequencies that the plant has memorized in the fruit.
Vinification is done via spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in ATLAC resin vats with long maceration on the skins. Unfiltered, unfined and no addition of sulphites.
The organisatiion follows the philosophy of Artisanal, No adding of sulfites or minimum, having Indigenous yeasts and making wines Vegan Friendly.
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, it is recommended to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving in Ballon glass.
