Its intense amber color hides a rich and persistent nose, full of candied fruit, cocoa, coconut, plums and cloves. It is also very buttery. On the palate, we again have a first spicy flash of cloves, then it becomes completely sweet and syrupy, dominated by butter, toffee, raisins, figs, dates, cola, molasses and dark sugar. A very mellow rum, thick and spread, but which leaves the palate clean in the end.
