The Kupra of Oasi degli Angeli is based on a local biotype of grenache grapes (called bordò) and expresses the desire to give voice to the artisanal dimension of making wine.
The vineyard is centuries old and very dense in planting density, with very low yields.
The Cupramarittima winery, which stands out for its often counter-current, exaggerated, extreme choices, gives life to a unique and unrepeatable wine.
