The Pelz company was founded in 1995 from the idea of ??the three brothers, Diego, Michele and Franco, with the aim of creating products that are able to freely express the uniqueness of the viticultural reality of the Cembra Valley, a territory carved into the rock by their ancestors for the cultivation of the vine.
The vineyard plots are distributed in patches on the south-east facing slope of the Valley. Thanks to this peculiarity it is possible to cultivate varieties with different soil and climatic needs and to obtain the best results. Our wine, a dream that comes true thanks to the love for our Valley, the commitment and effort of every day ... the three brothers say in unison.
