The Trentino mountains are the place of choice for the cultivation of this vine of innate elegance.
Pinot Noir must be carefully treated both in the vineyard and in the cellar in order to obtain a wine of excellence, recognizable in the glass for its typical garnet transparencies.
Its complex and iridescent bouquet tells of small red fruits, undergrowth, to evolve over time into balsamic, licorice and truffle notes.
The sip is pleasantly fresh, delicate and balanced and constantly refers to the typical aromas of the grape.
Recommended pairings: it goes well with grilled white meats, tuna-based dishes and Mediterranean-style baked fish.
It can enhance vegetarian cuisine in an unusual way.
Four hundred years in the vineyard and a passion for wine. In the Adige Valley the history of my family and that of viticulture have been going on together for a long time. It all began on 7 December 1607, when Domenico Armani signed the notarial document, now kept in the Historical Archive of Trento, which gave him the land with "trees and vineyards" that belonged to his father Simone. It is a collective story, which from that moment on takes the name of a family.
