Vezzoli

The winery is located directly in the center of Erbusco, in one of the most symbolic villages of Franciacorta.

The Vezzoli family has a wine history of over 20 years and has chosen not to use exogenous sugars for its wines, respecting first of all the fruit and the territory and the wine that will be produced.

The hectares of vineyards are about 50, distributed in various municipalities of Franciacorta, for a production of about 230,000 bottles.

The method differs from the classic method in the use of grape must (rich in sugar) instead of cane sugar.

This occurs during the second fermentation phase in the bottle and at the end of disgorgement, when sugars are added to determine the classification of the wine.

The goal is to bring back, to the nose and mouth, the hints of the grape itself from which the wine was created.
