Prosecco is a sparkling wine from north-eastern Italy, specifically the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia wine regions. It is also the informal name for the grape variety used to make these wines, which is now known officially as Glera.
Glera is a long-standing synonym of northern Italy's Prosecco grape, and the name by which it is now officially known. This green-skinned variety has been grown for hundreds of years in the Veneto and Friuli regions, most famously to produce sparkling Prosecco wines.
The Bacio della Luna winery is located in the heart of the Prosecco di Conegliano - Valdobiadden region. It specializes in the production of sparkling wines with a delicate and at the same time intense character, endearing with elegance and harmony. Vines are cultivated with respect for the environment using modern environmentally friendly technologies.
Sparkling wine Bacio della Luna, Brut Nature is made from 100% Prosecco grapes grown in the hills of Valdobiadene.
Harvesting is carried out manually, the clusters are placed in small boxes and are not destroyed on the way to the winery. After sorting and soft pressing, the wort is cooled and filtered. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
After its completion, the wine is stabilized, there comes a turn of secondary fermentation and champagne by the Sharma method.
