Cuvèe C was born from the happy intuition of combining the lively vivacity of young Prosecco with a touch of wine obtained from dried grapes. A sparkling wine was thus created that stands out for the strong personality of the intense aromas of fruit and flowers and long and fresh flavors. The grape harvest is done by hand selecting the best vines for exposure and age. The vinification takes place separately and at a controlled temperature for about 40 days.
It is an excellent aperitif with the classic Venetian cicchetti but can lead to an entire lunch. We recommend combining it with fish, especially shellfish, first courses with seafood, baked fish such as sea bass or sea bream.
