A perfect blend of 70% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot and 15% Sagrantino grapes, this red wine is from Umbria, Italy. A balanced and vivid wine has alcohol strength of 14%.
The harvest of the grapes is manual and takes place in various periods depending on the maturation of the same in the vineyards.
Spontaneous fermentation is done in steel tanks with long macerations lasting 20 to 25 days.
It is followed by aging for 14 months in 5 hl French tonneaux, 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle before being put on the market.
