Revi produces this 2016 Revi' Trentodoc Dosaggio Zero Millesimato , a sparkling wine from the region of Trento made of pinot nero and chardonnay of 2016 and has an alcoholic content of 13%.
The wine is a blend of Chardonnay – Pinot Noir which are commonly blended together to produce sparkling wines around the world. The best cuvees are typically made in the traditional methode champenoise (though charmat and carbonation are possible) and may be produced as vintage or non-vintage wines.
After soft pressing of grapes, the must is separated from the stalks and marc is clarified and left to ferment. The fermentation temperature is regulated by refrigeration followed by ageing for 40 months on the lees.
