With a bright golden color, candied fruit on the nose, with the palate blessed with mango, apricot, white tea and pineapple, persistent with an intriguing minerality.
Vinification: fermentation takes place in the presence of the skins in open 22 hl vats without temperature control and without selected yeasts, enzymes and clarifications
Aging: decanting for one month in stainless steel tanks, then in 12 hl oak barrels for at least a year
Aging: in glass for about 5 months

The vineyards of the Klanjscek Farm are located in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, in Oslavia, on a hill a stone's throw from the monumental Military Memorial. The winery is young but boasts solid roots. Cultivation has been organic since 2016, but nature has always been there: a few days of maceration on the skins and minimal doses of sulfur. The oldest vines date back to 1978, with half a hectare destined for Riesling Italico (Welschriesling), a particularly widespread variety in Collio at the time of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and which very few still cultivate today.
