Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very personal perfume that combines floral and spicy notes with vegetal and mineral notes still in evolution. Fresh and decisive on the palate, pleasantly acidic and light in structure, it faithfully brings back the characteristics of Nordic environments.

The Pelz company was born in 1995 from the idea of ??the three brothers, Diego, Michele and Franco, with the aim of creating products that are able to freely express the uniqueness of the viticultural reality of the Cembra Valley, a territory carved into the rock from their ancestors for the cultivation of the vine. The vineyard plots are distributed in patches on the south-east facing slope of the Valley. Thanks to this particularity it is possible to cultivate varieties with different soil and climatic needs and to obtain the best results.
