Shipping Policy
Couriers
Shipments are guaranteed by the best couriers (TNT and UPS).
On the day of shipment, you'll receive an e-mail from spedizionimbe@shipandtrace.it with the tracking number
Packings
We use NAKPACK packings, best quality protection system for shipment of bottles, produced entirely in cardboard, tested according to strict international standards and with UPS approval
Shipments are insured for cases of breakage, theft or loss.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18 hrs.
Shipping in Italy
Fast shipping, with deliveries expected within 3-4 working days throughout Italy.
Shipping costs in Italy
Shipping costs in Italy are free for orders over € 99.00
Below this amount, shipping costs are € 5,80
In case of orders which includes products from different wine shops, you'll receive them in separate shipments
In case of orders less than € 99,00 from each wine shop, cost of shippings will be charged for each shipment

In case of orders which includes products from different wine shops, the customer will receive them in separate shipments. Shipping costs will be charged for each shipment. In case of delivery outside Italy, the customer may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes (import customs fees) when goods reach their destination
