Piedirosso is an ancient, black-skinned grape variety found throughout Campania, Italy. It was very widely planted in the 19th Century following the phylloxera crisis, but has since suffered a decline.
Vineyards are 100% organic vineyard located in a volcanic and sandy ground about 400 meters above sea level. Perfect sun exposure.
Wine is aged for 3 months in the bottle.
