The Montecarlo Bianco is a white wine from the Lucca area, produced from an assembly of different varieties of white berried grapes.
It is a blend of Semillon , Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Russanne, Trebbiano Bianco grapes known as Rare White Blend. Rare White Blend is a term Wine-Searcher uses to group together white wine made from uncommon or unusual grape variety blends.
Its vineyards are from Cercatoia on sandy and clay soil, with north-east exposure.
Alcoholic fermentation is done in steel at controlled temperature followed by aging for some months in steel tanks.
It is best served in medium open goblet glasses at a temperature of 8-10 degree Celsius.
