Romagna is the catch-all regional DOC title within the Romagna province of the eastern half of Emilia-Romagna in Italy. It was established in October 2011, incorporating approximately 3,400 hectares (8,400 ac) of vineyards that were formerly five seperate DOCs.
Bombino Bianco is a key white wine grape grown in central and southeastern Italy. It is used to make all manner of bulk-produced wine and is rarely the star performer in any wine.
Fermentation is done in temperature-controlled steel vats followed by ageing in steel on the lees.
