Barolo Villero Riserva is a wine obtained from alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a temperature between 28-32 °, the skins remain in maceration for a total of 12 days.
The wine is immediately decanted into small barrels for the malolactic fermentation at the end of which it is further aged in oak barrels.
