Capezzana is the place name of the Renaissance villa owned by the Contini Bonacossi, a large family who personally runs the day to day operations from the B&B to the farming of olives and vines.
Vineyards are at 100-150 meters above sea level, on sciste and clay soils.
Natural drying of the grapes is done until February, then in small oak of chestnut, cherry and oak.
Aging is done for 5 years in small oak of chestnut, cherry and oak.
To enjoy it at its best it is recommend to let the wine 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving in little goblet glasses.
